[DOCS] Response console docs enhancements

Description

This issue collects several changes to the response console, to streamline to a single set of docs changes.

• Explain unsupported commands ([Security Solution][Responder] Improved UI for responder capabilities check kibana#138662)
  The UI changes already explain unsupported commands well, but it would be nice to acknowledge in docs also.

• Document superuser requirement (https://github.com/elastic/security-team/issues/4626)
  This is implied because the docs already say that superuser is required to access the Endpoints page, but it would help to make this more explicit, specifically for response console and response actions.
