[BUG] Correct statement about wildcard support in exceptions

elastic/kibana#136147 added support for wildcards in rule exceptions for 8.4. Our docs don't show that here so we'll need to correct it.

Also check with @joepeeples whether other instances or versions of this statement exist within in the exception docs.

Also searched the security docs project for the following string and didn't find any other instances:
Wildcards are not supported in rule exceptions or value lists. Values must be literal values.
