[Enhancement]: Elastic CSPM AWS GovCloud Support

Description

As per this EPIC - https://github.com/elastic/security-team/issues/8681 we are now ready to extend CSPM feature support for AWS GovCloud.
We would like to callout support for AWS GovCloud based on the EPIC shared above. This page needs update- https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/security/current/cspm.html
Please take care of other instances of Elastic CSPM documentation for AWS where this needs to be highlighted.
