[Request] [Serverless][8.16] Push and overlay display options added to flyout

Description

Users now have more control over how the flyout displays in the UI. In 8.16, they can resize the right and left panels and choose between the following display options:

• Push: Displays the flyout to the side of the Timeline, the Alerts table, Explore pages (hosts and users), and many other pages
• Overlay: Displays the flyout over any of the aforementioned pages (this is the default selection)

Other details to be aware of:

• Users can click Reset size to restore the default sizing dimensions of the flyout
