[Request] Asset Criticality Advanced Setting flag removal

Description

The Asset Criticality advanced setting flag is now removed from the Security Solution, meaning Asset Criticality is now available for all customers.

From a docs perspective, this means we now should remove the "Turn on the securitySolution:enableAssetCriticality" text in the Asset Criticality requirements docs: elastic/kibana#196270
