Fixes #2214 by adding links to the Session view page that refer users to the Kubernetes dashboard page so they will know that Session view can help them view Kubernetes data.

Added a couple of small edits. Also, you prob already tracked this down, but looks like the PR is currently failing because the referenced anchor kubernetes-dashboard hasn't been merged into main yet (it's part of #2243, which is still open).

You could probably just add the changes from this PR to #2243, then close this PR, so that everything related to the Kubernetes dashboard will get merged together. Otherwise this PR will keep failing CI until #2243 gets merged.
