Hi @Donnater , The default incident types IBM Resilient (Version: 36) provides are:
The above types can not be deleted but they can be hidden. Also, a user can create her own incident types that can be deleted and be hidden. For the moment, we do not respect the hidden property (we show them either way). We fetch and show all incident types, defaults and custom, by calling |

@cnasikas: I'm not sure what issue types at supported by IBM's case management software. Do you have a list of these handy?
