Migrate stack provider to newer TF framework #1214
Description
Just like what we did with the Elastic Cloud TF provider, we should plan this migration.
The TF framework will allow us to tackle some of the current limitations like these.
While it is possible to integrate both provider frameworks (the new - Plugin Framework - and the old - Tf SDK), we should eventually clean up the code and finish the migration to the Plugin Framework, making it easier and more straightforward to support this codebase.
