[Fix] Remove daoAddress from ElasticDAO.sol events #45

Description
ElasticDAO.sol events do not need to broadcast daoAddress with their events. Removing this should save a little bit of gas.
Definition of Done
- ElasticDAO.sol events do not accept _daoAddress as a param
- SDK events are updated
