COLMAP Tracking Importer C4D v1.3 — Camera Naming, FPS Presets & New Tutorials
This release focuses on usability, naming clarity, and documentation, introducing a more user-friendly workflow both inside Cinema 4D and in post-production.
✨ What’s New
Renamed scene elements for clarity and consistency:
• Root null renamed to GLoMap_Scene_Orient (was GLoMap_Import)
• Animated RS camera renamed to RS_GLoMap_Animated_Camera
• Render/follow copy renamed to RS_GLoMap_Render_Camera
• MoGraph Matrix object renamed to SparceCloud_Matrix_Previs (was Matrix_SparseVertices)
Expanded framerate presets in the importer dialog for faster setup:
23.98, 24, 25, 29.97, 30, 48, 50, 59.94, 60, 100, 120, and Custom.
Compact UI layout (350 px width) for a cleaner, more consistent appearance.
🧭 New Tutorials
Cinema 4D Import Tutorial — a complete step-by-step guide for importing GLoMap scenes, configuring Redshift cameras, setting up background image sequences, and aligning the ground plane.
After Effects Framerate Fix Tutorial — explains how to correct 23.98 / 29.97 FPS mismatches by applying a 100.01% time stretch and verifying sync using Difference mode.
