BREAKING CHANGE: This package is now ESM-only and requires Node.js >= 20.16.0 || >= 22.4.0
Merging this will release v3.0.0 with the previous breaking changes.
This change lets us clear up a lot of the interop pain with ESM like the usage of
dynamicImportor thejackspeakresolution.I've also gone ahead and dropped the
minimistandrimrafdependencies in favor of Node.js native refactorings.
