iphone weirdness

sometimes after the screen rotates you get the browser chrome showing over the gamepad, and the touch inputs all show up a couple of cm higher than where youre pressing:

And sometimes it manages to scroll down like this:

making a shortcut on the home screen seems to fix both issues, so perhaps we should just refuse to run until the user launches us from a shortcut

currently rotating the screen twice makes it go fullscreen on iphone and then it doesnt seem to have these issues. we should
a. investigate if we can trigger the rotation thing or go full screen via some other method.
b. pop up reminder to add us to home screen
