Thanks @crstauf, some changes happening in this PR #87 / infinite-crawl branch that should address this. I'm partially through it and will try remember to do some WP_CLI tests on it, that's how this one slipped through

@crstauf thanks again for reporting. The lack of detection wasn't just me not running via CLI, but not enough actual WP variant testing - this was likely only thrown when no particular archives existed, ie, no posts by any dates

@leonstafford Tested, and I don't get the undefined offset error anymore, but...

I do get this in the Console:

@crstauf cool, let's ignore that one for now, if it's not blocking the export. I'm removing all the flat files in the infinite-crawling branch.
