v2.0.0-alpha.50

This prerelease brings the Cloud Registry component features that the Cloud Registry UI needs (an admin option, a service type picker, configurable environments, form change events and problem details on errors), opt-in surface, font and dark mode theming controls for all components, and fixes for high and critical advisories in the dependencies. Releases now run from version tags with npm trusted publishing and staged versions.

Breaking changes

• ecc-utils-design-code no longer has the public methods isDarkMode(), updateEditorTheme() and setupThemeObserver(); the editor goes dark through the theming tokens like every other component. Error text now uses --ecc-destructive, whose dark default changed to oklch(0.704 0.191 22.216): themes that copied the old dark default get dark red error text on dark backgrounds (#446)
• Cloud Registry: when the service types can't be loaded, the error message is now "Failed to load service types: " instead of the fixed "Failed to load service types"; code that compares the whole string must check its start (#454, #504)
