Emulate Shelly EM3 Pro for connection to Balcony Solar Storage units

Many balcony battery solar storage units have a zero feed-in mode, so it only supplies the actual consumption load and no extra to the grid. Most of these are designed to connect locally with Shelly EM3 and EM3 pro.
There are Shelly EM3 Pro emulators. It would be good to add this directly into the ESPHome Vue firmware, this way the zero feed-in works even when not using home assistant or it is not running.

This would make the most sense as a separate ESPHome component. Between lambdas and template components, I'm sure there would be a way to pipe data from the Vue sensor to a different target.
