…emscripten-core#681. On Windows, use cmake to configure bullet build instead of ./configure. On Linux and OSX, run both configure and cmake-based tests.

Note that due to caching, this only tested one of the two build methods. Easy to fix though, pushing that now. |

Also unify with `-print-resource-dir` since they both just exec clang. I would like to do the same with `-print-resource-dir` but sadly the clang defaults for search dirs don't match ours just yet. See emscripten-core#1610
