Remove "Closes #9193".
Not sure I understand what you mean by that bit in your description, but the all the rest looks good to me

Remove "Closes #9193". Add: "This adds an example for using ?page=last in the PageNumberPagination docs. It helps users understand the last_page_strings feature.
