Ente CLI: Add command to mark photo as favorite

Before migrating to Ente, I had thousands of photos marked as favorites in my previous photo app. This information (which photos were marked as favorite) is something I haven't migrated to Ente yet because I have yet to find a good way to do so. Ideally, the CLI would allow me to do something like

ente (favorite|unfavorite) <photo reference (filename/hash/…)>

It seems I'm not the only one with this issue. For instance, @gmatosferreira ended up reverse-engineering the Ente browser UI
to automate clicking the "favorite" button.
