Disabling ML shouldn’t automatically wipe everything. Turning it off could simply pause ML on the desktop, while keeping the existing data in case the user wants to turn it back on later. If someone really wants to remove the data, that should be a separate, explicit choice. A small prompt like “Do you want to keep existing ML data when disabling?” would avoid unnecessary reprocessing and make the behavior feel more user-friendly and predictable. |

So if you currently have Machine learning on a phone and a desktop, but you want to disable ML on desktop for any reason, well, it will nuke your current ML data, so it needs to be reprocessed.
Can it be possible to deactivate ML on desktop without nuking existing data? maybe add a promt when deactivating if you want to keep existing ML data?
