Structural changes

  • Major refactor of particle checkpoint writing using generic IO functions
  • Renamed payloads + added new integer payloads
  • Moved high-level checkpoint functionality to ntt_output module, the low-level checkpoint writing is now in Particles and Fields structs.

To-Do

  • Refactor particle output (in a similar way)
  • Potentially refactor fields checkpoints (same)
  • Refactor communications (move basic functionality to Particles structure)
