This wiki holds design thinking, the project roadmap, and how work gets coordinated — the
material that's useful to have as browsable, linkable pages rather than files scattered
through the repo. The public documentation (guides, reference, the symbol catalogue)
lives at enumeratio.dev, built from the repo's own docs/web
content. The repo itself is enumeratio/enumeratio.
-
Project (sidebar): how the project runs.
- Roadmap: open projects and open questions, by area, each with a one-line status. Start here for "what's next."
- Contributing: the toolchain, the names, where a change goes, and what it has to pass before it lands.
- Lanes: how coordinators and subagents divide up parallel work, land it through pull requests, and keep a shared ledger.
-
Design (sidebar): the index of every design page.

Settled pages say how the symbol catalogue, the notatio layer, packaging, naming and
the toolchain fit together; each one's own
Status:line is the authority on how settled it is. - Speculative pages are open proposals and thinking-in-progress; nothing in them is committed, and several are split-off "open questions" sections of a settled page.
- Archive pages were carried over from the project's earlier, Postgres-era incarnation: ecosystem surveys (Sage, Rust, Haskell, Lean mathlib4) and ideas still open here. Each says what's changed since.

This wiki mirrors the repository's design/ directory (settled docs) and
design/speculative/ (open proposals) as of 2026-09-29 — see each page for the
original source path. It also folds in design/roadmap.md (an index of generated
"what's missing" lists) and the earlier project's own wiki (41 pages; ten carried over,
the rest superseded by this repo's architecture — see Roadmap for how the still-open
ideas from both were rolled forward).
The generated frontier lists (Wolfram frontier, Fungrim frontier, statistics/maps frontiers, and the rest — see Roadmap § "Where to look for work") are not duplicated here: they live in the repo as committed, regenerable data, and that's the actual source of truth for what the catalogue is missing.
