The current telemetry endpoint (https://telemetry.edp-epam.com/) may be deprecated or removed in the future. This could result in telemetry data not being sent properly by the codebase-operator.

Describe the solution you'd like
Update the endpoint used by the codebase-operator to send telemetry metrics to the new URL: https://telemetry.kuberocketci.io/.

Describe alternatives you've considered
No other alternatives are currently considered as the new endpoint is the designated telemetry destination for KubeRocketCI.

Ensuring this change will help avoid potential disruptions in telemetry collection and improve platform stability.
