New "Blog Item Page" Errors on Creation

Describe the bug
A new blog list page

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in to Foundation back end
2. Open the navigation tree
3. On the "Blogs" node click the elipses and select "New Page"
4. Select "Blog Item Page"
5. Click "OK"

Expected behavior
Expect to see a rendered view of a blog item, with empty fields.

Instead see a server error:
