Piped or redirected output on Windows was garbled. Python writes a
Windows pipe in the ANSI codepage (cp1252) and whatever reads it decodes
with its own, so epochix demo | Out-File demo.txt turned every "·" and "—"
into junk. Redirected output on Windows is now UTF-8, so a Farsi run name
survives, and Epochix's own decorations (dots, dashes, arrows) are written
as ASCII, so they read cleanly in any codepage. A terminal is unchanged, and
an encoding you set yourself with PYTHONIOENCODING or PYTHONUTF8 wins.
