Fixed — found by installing from PyPI and using it as a newcomer
epochix --version failed. It was handed to run, which answered "No
such option: --version" under a "Usage: epochix run" banner. It prints the
version now (-V too).
Giving epochix a folder instead of a log file crashed with a Python
traceback (a PermissionError on Windows) and left a run stuck "in
progress" in epochix list for good. It is refused up front, with a
one-line message, before anything is stored; the same goes for --tail and
the SDK's parse(), which raises IsADirectoryError.
epochix doctor could report the wrong version — that of an older copy
installed beside the one running. It reports the running one.
The CLI reference left out three commands: doctor, import-tensorboard and import-wandb. They are documented, with --version, and a test now fails if a command is missing from it.
