Social Docking is a Massively Parallel Virtual Screening tool that uses HTML5 web workers to discover pharmaceutically interesting compounds. This is the first virtual screening program to be implemented entirely in HTML5.

Uses Google App Engine free billing to run virtual screen on the cheap. Files hosted on Dropbox CDN.
