PR Goal: To improve the local environment setup guide in the README so that it is easier for newcomers to navigate
Inspiration: Whilst setting up the project in my local environment, I had to do a bit of searching to figure out some things.
There are more suggestions and ideas I would like to discuss with the community to see how we can make the project easier to setup and navigate.
