Issue importing matplotlib in jupyterhub

Hi,

When beginning lecture 3, using jupyterhub, the below ModuleNotFoundError appears when attempting to run the first pre-written block (aside from importing pybryt, which imports without issue). I have restarted the server, and still run into the same issue. Matplotlib appears in the environment file. Other modules such as numpy and math import correctly.

Please let me know how I can rectify this issue, thanks!

even forcing a pip install runs into the same issue

Hi @ada-2ced9b226e, thank you for reporting this issue. This error shows that matplotlib is not in the environment - I CC @rolotumazi, who can help install it.

In the meantime, the workaround is:

1. Create an empty cell before the cell that imports matplotlib
2. In that cell, type and run %pip install matplotlib - please note that you should use % instead of !
3. Restart your kernel: Kernel -> Restart Kernel

This should work. ;)

Hi @ada-2ced9b226e, thank you for discovering and @marijanbeg for pointing out that this is an environment issue. I have now updated the environment. @marijanbeg fix should work just fine but it should now not be necessary to manually pip install any python packages.
