希望能添加会话恢复功能

Reasonix 退出后，之前的会话内容完全丢失，无法像 Claude Code 的 /resume 命令那样恢复之前的对话上下文。

使用场景

• 长时间编码会话中需要关机/重启
• 不小心关闭了终端窗口
• 想要在不同终端之间切换继续同一段对话

期望行为

支持类似 /resume 的会话恢复命令，退出后重新进入能选择恢复之前的对话。

替代方案

目前只能靠终端的历史记录（PgUp 翻看），但一旦清屏或重启终端就完全丢失上下文。

Good news: this already exists. Sessions are persisted automatically; from the terminal, reasonix chat --resume (or --continue for the most recent one) restores a previous conversation with its full context — and because the restored prefix is byte-identical, the prefix cache stays warm too. Inside a session, /tree, /branch, and /switch manage saved branches. We do have #3326 open to make the resume picker filter by the current project. If --resume shows nothing on your setup, tell us your version — that would be a bug.

这个功能已经有了:reasonix chat --resume 恢复历史会话(--continue 直接续上最近一次),会话内还有 /tree /branch /switch。如果你那边 --resume 列不出会话,告诉我们版本号,那就是 bug 了。

最新的版本还是会出现这个bug；一旦对话被截断或者显示异常，再次回到当前的对话，会回到截断前的状态，截断后的信息和思路被没了，需要重新提问。
