Matter endpoints for Esp32C5

@SuGlider We thank you to increase the number of endpoints for esp32,S3 and C6 from 16 to 32, kindly we ask you to do the same on Esp32C5 to 32 or at least 25

Ok. I'll take a look if this is possible. C5 has less SRAM when compared to S3 and C6.
The main issue is related to the allocated memory that is necessary to extend it.
