Record continuous video inside sd card in a chunk of 1 hour for days.

Feature description

I want to store video + audio inside sd card continuous in a chunk for 1 hour for multiple days (based on sd card size). and also keep pedestrian and webrtc running in parallel.

Yes, it is possible and not difficult.
Following are steps to do it, currently for capture sink is controlled in esp-webrtc, following code only record while webrtc running

1. Insert sdcard and mount it, you can call mount_sdcard in board.c

2. Change the sink configuration, add muxer into webrtc sink

Then when Webrtc started it will save video audio into the record file J_0.mp4 J_1.mp4 automatically. If you want to record into one file instead of file slices recommend to use TS instead of MP4 (big slice will consume many RAM to keep index table before flush).

If you want to record even webrtc not running, you need change webrtc code to let it always enable the sink but drop video and audio data when webrtc not started.

You may also need add some overdue logic when left space is small remove oldest file.
