A very good update - exactly the type of drive by improvement to docs that we want to see.
The only discussion I want to start is about whether we need an additional level in the TOC hierarchy.

I needed to use
ddt, so I followed the instructions and added a few improvements/changes here and there.I didn't like "Linaro Forge uenv", "Linaro DDT" and "Linaro MAP" being on the same level, so I restructured the documentation a bit, but I can revert back the structure if preferred.
