Thanks @bcumming, it might be worth adding a link to the Support Policy (maybe removing UserLab from the title, as it applies to most users)
@lucamar: in what context should I link to the support policy? Do you mean should add a link to the section about "User Applications" to the Matlab section? |

Do we already have a section on permissions and ACL as in the "old" documentation? It would be worth linking it here.
