Etsy suspended our test seller account

We labeled our shop as a test and enabled Development Mode, but our test seller account was still permanently suspended. Etsy doesn’t offer a sandbox environment, which makes it very hard for app developers to validate changes safely.

We’ve submitted an appeal with our app name, API key, shop ID, timestamps, and links showing the account was for testing only. @etsy could you clarify the recommended testing workflow (given there’s no sandbox) and whether reinstatement is possible for test-only shops?
