API Key Revoked — Unjustified Ban Appeal — Personal Shop Management

Hello Etsy Developer Support,
My API key has been revoked and I am writing to appeal this decision.
I am the owner of two legitimate Etsy shops, both currently in creation:

ThreadfolkParis — https://www.etsy.com/shop/ThreadfolkParis
IdolCorner — https://www.etsy.com/shop/IdolCorner

According to Etsy's official Seller Policy, running multiple shops is explicitly allowed, provided each shop has its own account and email address, and all shops are disclosed — which is exactly my situation.
My API usage is strictly for personal shop management (creating draft listings, managing inventory), not for any commercial or public-facing application. This is a permitted use case under Etsy's API Terms of Use.
Both shops are new and in the setup phase. No policy violations have occurred. The API ban appears to have been triggered automatically without human review.
I respectfully request:

Reinstatement of my API key
Or guidance on how to register a new app for personal use
