Implementation of User Roles

Thought it would be an idea to implement roles and permissions for users.

Users: Admin, Editor, Viewer.

Each user has restricted permissions starting from unrestricted admin then restricted permissions for editor and viewer.

Yes for the webui. No rush for this idea. But it would be moderator access with limited access.

Use case would be to allow others to access webui and make changes to TP. Specifically add/remove users, change user details and playlists. But will not have full admin rights to remove administrators, delete sources or play with config files.
