Tesla cannot be configured - Developper-Account made, Teslamate running

I activated my Tesla n EVCC in February, it worked in EVCC, showed SoC... .
All done in the new GUI configuration, which worked excellent for me!
After changing the wallbox (used a go-E temporary, original openWB was for repair), I got problem with an expired sponsor token for the go-E, could not find a solution and completely reinstalled evcc.
Now after a few weeks of proper operation with a Volkswagen (with SoC) and a Tesla (SoC just tried to setup again today), I encounter errors, cannot setup the Tesla again:

Tried a few times, restarted cvcc - no way, always the same error.
Can anybody help and give a hint?
