Issues with 1p/3p on a EM2GO

I can't tell what is wrong. I have an EM2Go which is able to use 1p accordingly to the conditions.

• I can start charging manually "Min+PV" and it will use 1p at the beginning, but it will switch to 3p without meeting the conditions (car almost full, house almost empty, overage not enough for 3p).
• And evcc will also not start in in "PV" mode, when there is 1,6kW overage going into the grid. In the logfiles I always find "detected connected phases: 3p", and yes, there are 3 phases connected. But with 1,6kW I expect it to start with 1p and keep it 1p until there is enough power for 3p.

Why is evcc in both cases not using 1p?

Can someone please help me? Today I was able to test it again. -2000W grid power for one hour and 1p is not starting. It is always:

I have checked all related discussions here, but I can not find the log entry, that shows evcc starting the wallbox with only 1 phase although 3 phases are connected.
