Remove support for Node 12

When Node 12 enters EOL (2022-04-30):
- remove support in CI: [`.github/workflows/ci.yml`](https://github.com/exivity/react-orbitjs/blob/main/.github/workflows/ci.yml)
- revert https://github.com/exivity/react-orbitjs/pull/190
