Make pronto a V2

Looks like if you install an older version of expressvue it's using an out of range version of pronto

I'm going to make pronto a v2 release, seems that it installed a minor release... thought the lockfile was supposed to prevent this.

i need to remove versions 1.9.0 to 1.12.1 from npm

i deprecated vue-pronto versions from 1.9.0 up .. released a 2.0.0 version.. and released a new patch version for express-vue that uses 2.0.0... i may have to deprecate versions 5.9.0 -> 5.11.2
