Page break/margin support

Hello Lexical team! I was wondering what you would recommend as a way to implement page breaks. I saw this discussion earlier recommending transforms: #1866

One thing I didn't understand from that was how it would be possible to unwrap text back before the page break if text was deleted. For example, assuming two lines is a page, if I have

hello
hi
---page break ----
howdy

and I delete the "hi" line, it would need to return to being

hello
howdy
---page break---
