[RFC] Reconciler Decorations

I just wanted to open a discussion for the Wiki page @acywatson made regarding a concept of "decorations."

This would be really useful for, as already noted, find/replace highlighting, which we need to port from an existing editor.

I can't see any reasonable approach to implementing this with Lexical as is, but I'm planning to move forward with Lexical in the hopes this may be addressed in the coming months.

It could also be used for purposes like:

• Find/replace
• Collaborative editing
• Keyword density
• Readability analysis
• Diffing view
• Various document linting
  • Spellcheck
  • Grammar check
  • Forbidding words
  • Highlighting for disallowed tone
• Inline comments (I know there's already one implementation of this - I'm not exactly sure how it's handled)
