Bug: The @babel plugin-proposal-class-properties plug-in configuration is not in effect

Steps To Reproduce

I used the yarn eject command to open the automatic configuration of Webpack. So, uh... JS is configured with the Babel plugin@babel plugin-proposal-class-properties, but it has no effect, it should be handled by the Filter method, and then I’m on package.json file . The plug-in is configured with a JSON file and is not yet in effect
