Bug: React is not importing ".css" file

I was trying to import a .css file in a .jsx file

index.jsx

index.module.css

chrome dev tools

Problem

I tried to modify the webpack.config.js, but still not working

and in the console doesn't shows that the complier is imported the .css file

Please give me a solution that can fix this problem!

React doesn't have anything to do with import statements or building bundles and generating JS from CSS. This is the job of Webpack and its bundles. You might want to try asking this question on Stack Overflow though!
