[WIP] Add SSR description in Doc

Why

SSR document does not exist in the official document right now.

This means that you can't find a way 「How to SSR with React」from the official document searchbox,
and you have to rely on an external blog such as Medium.
External blog is pretty good, but I think more ideal if there is the 「How to SSR with React」.

• Doesn't contain other popular library settings.
• You don't have to confirm is the article based on latest version React.

What am I going to do?

• Write「How to SSR with React」Doc among with SSR Fixtures

I was actually searching what were the best practices for building React App SSR.

Like @ryota-murakami said, there are bunch of medium links, but it's true that it would be awesome to have some guidelines, some official recommendations from React Website.

On my side, I started to play around with Next.js, which works pretty well.
Until I wanted to use some other react libs / packages... Some of them are using React Router whereas Next.Js is using its own routing system <Link>. This lack of compatibility with official React components made me run away. Really disappointed me a lot.
Therefore, I've started to search on official React JS website official recommendations, best practices.

I am looking forward to know what will come up from this new documentation.
