The removal of insignificant tensor dimensions from the copying schedule does not depend on the specialization to the promotion space and can therefore be performed first. Performing the removal first will make it easier to apply the next commit.
In particular, set the identifier of the promotion space before specializing to this space (and use the newly introduced isl::multi_aff::wrapped_range_map to preserve the identifier). This removes a couple of uses of isl::dim_type, which will not be exported in mainline isl.
