- Add persistent API key storage in ~/.codesonor/config.json
- New 'setup' command for interactive configuration
- New 'config' command to view current settings
- New 'reset' command to clear stored keys
- Auto-load keys from config (no more env vars needed!)
- Priority: CLI flags > config file > environment
- Update CLI_README with new setup instructions
