File Response for Apple

We have an Issue with mp4 FileResponse to Apple devices. Does somebody know more about this according to uvicorn/starlette/fastapi?

Unfortunately I'm getting a bad gateway (502) with my fastapi app (using routers). Has anybody an idea what might be the problem?
