Improve newsletter workflow; add services section and update homepage copy

Motivation

• Prevent empty/whitespace newsletter submissions and ensure a clear handoff to the sales inbox when users subscribe.
• Promote FORMA's e-commerce services on the homepage with a direct demo CTA to capture B2B interest.
• Refresh hero copy to emphasize both premium storefronts for shoppers and agency services for brands.

Description

• Update newsletter handler in assets/store.js to trim the email, ignore empty values, call window.FormaIntegrations?.saveNewsletter, track the event, open the user's mail client with a mailto: to forward the registration to the sales address, update the status message, and reset the form.
• Change hero copy in index.html (h1 and supporting paragraph) to market both the storefront and agency offerings and replace the featured-button with a demo CTA linking to #planes.
• Add a new ops-stack section to index.html describing FORMA services (Setup Shopify, UX & Performance, Integración & Escala) and a short stack note.
• Remove the standalone commercial contact line from the footer to consolidate contact flows through the newsletter/demo CTA.

Testing

• Ran linting with npm run lint and it completed successfully.
• Performed a local build with npm run build which succeeded.
• No unit tests were modified or added for these content and small UX changes.
