Support JSONL

E.g. https://specs.webrecorder.net/wacz/1.1.1/#pages-jsonl and digital-preservation/PRONOM_Research#89

If a file doesn't parse the first time, we could then read line by line and determine if every line parses as JSON. Perhaps only if a flag is used as this is probably going to be very slow.

Alternatively, if one line parses and has enough information for identification, then that may also provide information enough.
